Diego Bonetto report back from a conference attended on Monday 30 March at the Royal Botanic Gardens of Sydney: Chemfree weed control. Diego presented Wild Food Map as a platform to spread knowledge around edible plants and in an indirect way prevent people from using poison on potential food and medicine.
Brazil cherries are out. Common garden and street planting, they are now in season in northern NSW/ S.E. Queensland. Eugenia uniflora > sharp, big seeds, and free. Check http://wildfood.in and search for it on the map.
